A decently sized cafe with seats if you're looking for a place to study, do work, or hangout. There's a bit of parking along the street as well as across the street. A barista will call you up when they're ready to take your order, and then they get to work on your drinks. I've found the service to be quick the couple times I've come by. I've gotten the iced strawberry matcha twice, and I remember really liking it the first time. Today my drink tasted more on the watery side and the matcha flavor didn't stand out much; my matcha latte preference is for it to be more on the milky side. I'm hoping it was just a one off since I liked it the first time, so I'm willing to come back again next time I'm in the area. I've also tried the banana coffee when my brother got it and I really liked that one as well! It's sweet and has the right amount of banana to coffee flavor.

Excellent service 10/10. Coffee taste 10/10. You order your coffee first and get to taste with the ability to adjust to your liking before paying. this service style allows for complete satisfaction knowing you're paying for something you enjoy! I got the phin style coffee- viet coffee with salted cream on top and the banana viet coffee which wasn't too sweet at all, while also refreshing. Both drinks have a strong coffee flavor but the subtle creamy sweetness to it, which feels like you're getting your money's worth. Not paying for something watered down or overly sweet here. The only drawback I guess would be it can be very busy and loud but that shows how amazing the coffee is.

Okay best coffee there is insanely delicious!! Doesn't disappoint, service is great vary nice people !! Your looking for a to go quick coffee this is your place But let me tell you if you love banana bread get there banana coffee because it taste like a banana bread so delicious doesn't disappoint 10/10

If you like coffee with unique flavors then this is the spot! My goto order is the blueberry matcha latte (less sweet). I've never tried blueberry combined with matcha before but it surprisingly works very well together! I also tried the banana coffee because I really liked that combination when I tried it in Korea, but I did not like their banana coffee. You can barely taste the banana flavor in the drink. FYI their ordering process is a little weird. You line up to place your order first, then they make your drink and once you pick up your drink you have to take it to the cashier to pay.

i dream about this place! The flavors are so unique and compliment so well with the coffee / matcha! It gets pretty busy but they make the drinks so fast! Plenty of seating and it seems like a lot of people come here to study as well.

This is my to go to spot when im in the area or going to disneyland. Even when I was in the area exploring I make sure I stop by here for some coffee. . The inside is big with plenty of seating. I like the couch and the big round table. I love the vibe with being chill and lots of people watch. This place does get busy but the line moves fast. . Bannana peanut butter latte viet style coffee - it hits the spot for me every time. The coffee is so good. The peanut butter and bannana is likey favorite combo. The coffee is smooth and not too sweet. It's perfect. I can drink 2 cups of these easily. . If your in orange county, high recommend for good coffee. There is lots of other restaurants Nearby too. Our favorite coffee shop in the OC! Each drink is crafted to your liking, and the barista will remake your drink if you don't love it. Every drinks starts off with your tradition phin style drip coffee as the base with different flavors/sweetener added. Our favorites are the rose latte and Javacado :)

Not a typical coffee drinker, but this place is worth it!Some coffee gets watered down easily from the ice, this kept up for awhile leaving the coffee refreshed. I like to try my husbands coffee whenever we go out to new spots and this has got to be on my top spots! There was a line out the door so you know it has to be good!
